Founded in 1948, Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE symbol:
RHI) is the world's first and largest specialised staffing firm.
RHI is a recognised leader in professional staffing and
consulting services, and is the parent company of ProtivitiŽ, a
leading independent internal audit, business, technology and
risk consulting firm.
For the year ended December 31, 2006, net income was $283.2
million or $1.65 per share, on revenues of $4.0 billion. For the
year ended December 31, 2005, net income was $237.9 million or
$1.36 per share, on revenues of $3.3 billion.
In 2005 and 2006, respectively, RHI was named to Forbes Global
2000 list of the world's largest companies and the Forbes
Platinum 400 list of the best big companies in America. The firm
has also consistently appeared on Fortune magazine's list of
"America's Most Admired Companies." Fortune's list rates firms
based on criteria ranging from long-term investment value and
quality of management to innovativeness, employee talent and
social responsibility.
